About the role
We are seeking a Software Team Lead to join a leading national security consultancy in London. The role involves guiding the design and delivery of scalable software solutions for government, defence and law‑enforcement customers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and development of cloud‑based and on‑premise software products.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define roadmaps and translate customer needs into technical solutions.
- Mentor and grow a development team, ensuring best practices in DevOps and delivery.
- Engage with key stakeholders to shape product strategy and maintain compliance with security requirements.
Required profile
- Current enhanced DV security clearance.
- Extensive experience building and designing software in the national security domain.
- Proven technical leadership and ability to mentor development teams.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
