Software Trainer – Legal Services (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Software Trainer to deliver high-quality learning solutions for a growing legal services organisation in Wolverhampton. The role combines curriculum design, hands‑on delivery and support for technology transformation projects, working closely with Change, Learning & Development and Project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver innovative IT training programmes across classroom, virtual and blended formats.
• Create engaging training materials, user guides and learning resources.
• Provide onboarding, refresher and system‑specific training sessions for end‑users.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, collect feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Support users during system roll‑outs and technology change initiatives.
• Maintain training records and monitor learning activity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.

Required profile

• Confident communicator with a passion for learning and development.
• Strong technical understanding of business systems, preferably within a professional services or legal environment.
• Experience delivering IT or software training in a professional services setting.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and stakeholder‑engagement skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
