Solar PV Coordinator – Commercial Rooftop Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Solar PV Coordinator to support the delivery and performance of commercial rooftop solar projects. The role offers a varied mix of design, site surveys, project management and operations, providing a solid foundation for a long‑term career in renewable energy.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design and layout of commercial rooftop solar PV systems.
• Prepare technical documentation and support design activities.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth project delivery and site execution.
• Conduct site visits, inspections and technical surveys.
• Support the operations & maintenance team with system monitoring and maintenance scheduling.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and internal teams to keep projects on track.
• Provide ad‑hoc support across the business as required.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in the UK commercial solar PV sector.
• Exposure to commercial or industrial rooftop solar projects.
• Basic understanding of solar PV design, project delivery or O&M.
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive, hands‑on attitude.
• Motivation to develop a long‑term career in renewable energy.
