About the role
We are seeking a motivated Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join a well‑established, agile firm in Braintree. The role focuses on residential property conveyancing and offers a clear pathway towards partnership, supported by excellent bonus structures and ongoing professional development.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a diverse range of residential property conveyancing matters.
- Take full responsibility for your own caseload from start to finish.
- Provide accurate legal advice and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Collaborate with senior partners and contribute to the firm’s growth.
Required profile
- 1‑2+ years of recent experience in residential conveyancing.
- Qualified as a Newly Qualified (NQ) solicitor, CILEX member, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently.
- Commitment to pursuing a partnership track.
