Solution Architect – OCI & HVR (SC Clearance)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join a major public‑sector cloud transformation programme. The role focuses on designing and delivering a secure, scalable data integration solution that migrates legacy Oracle data‑warehouse feeds into Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement HVR‑based replication solutions for Oracle data migration.
• Establish secure OCI landing zones and ensure compliant data transfer.
• Produce High‑Level Designs (HLDs) and Low‑Level Designs (LLDs) for integration architectures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with security and governance requirements.
• Support capacity planning, lifecycle management and storage strategy for the new environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering data‑integration and cloud‑migration projects in highly regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and documentation abilities.
• Active MOD SC clearance or eligibility to obtain it.

Required skills

• HVR data replication and ingestion technologies.
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) design, networking and security.
• Oracle Database and OCI networking expertise.
• Cloud networking, encrypted data transfer and secure data‑migration practices.
• Data storage, lifecycle management and capacity planning.
• High‑Level and Low‑Level Design production.
• Oracle Data Integration services and AI Data Platform solutions (desirable).
