Solution Data Architect - Data Insights & Personalisation

About the role

SR2 is seeking a Solution Data Architect to lead the design and delivery of data, insights and personalisation capabilities for a major programme. You will shape end‑to‑end architecture across customer data, analytics, segmentation and personalisation, ensuring alignment with the broader Data & Analytics Platform Strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the solution architecture for data, analytics and personalisation components.
• Design architectures that support customer data integration, segmentation, insights generation and personalised experiences.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, specifying information flows, integration patterns and system dependencies.
• Align programme‑level designs with the overall Data & Analytics Platform Strategy and governance standards.
• Produce architecture artefacts, option assessments, design decisions and technical roadmaps.
• Coordinate with suppliers, delivery teams and senior stakeholders to ensure architectural consistency.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in data architecture, analytics and customer data management.
• Proven ability to work in complex, multi‑supplier environments and engage senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of data governance, information architecture and lifecycle management.
• Experience aligning solutions with enterprise Data & Analytics platform strategies.
