Solutions Architect

About the role

Michelmores is looking for a Solutions Architect to join its growing IT team in either Bristol or Exeter. You will design, develop, integrate and continuously optimise the firm’s core practice‑management and business systems, primarily Aderant and Intapp, while leveraging Microsoft and AI technologies to drive efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and enhance solutions for Aderant and Intapp aligned with business requirements.
• Deliver automation using Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Azure services.
• Build bespoke applications with C#, SQL, JavaScript and Python.
• Support reporting, data‑warehousing and analytics initiatives.
• Apply AI and LLM‑based solutions to improve processes and introduce AI‑enabled capabilities within governance frameworks.
• Identify and implement integration points between core systems and third‑party platforms.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and cloud services.
• Experience delivering enterprise‑level automation and integration projects.
• Proven ability to work with practice‑management systems such as Aderant or Intapp.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/LLM concepts applied to business processes.
