About the role

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect / Technical Manager to lead the technical delivery of innovative client solutions for a fast‑growing technology consultancy. This hybrid role combines hands‑on solution design, technical leadership and client engagement while championing AI‑powered engineering practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture across multiple client projects, ensuring scalability and robustness.
• Provide senior technical advice on architecture, feasibility and risk to clients.
• Set and promote engineering best practices and modern development methodologies.
• Drive adoption of AI‑enabled development tools and modern engineering practices.
• Mentor and develop engineering teams, fostering technical excellence.
• Contribute to the company’s technical strategy and support business growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in solution architecture, technical leadership or senior software engineering.
• Background in leading engineering teams within a client‑facing or consultancy environment.
• Ability to design end‑to‑end scalable solutions across diverse technology stacks.
• Strong communication skills with both technical teams and senior stakeholders.
