Solutions Architect

About the role

The Solutions Architecture team at Chainalysis translates high‑level business strategy into technical solutions for customers in the private sector. As a Solutions Architect you will act as the technical lead throughout the entire customer journey, from pre‑sale discovery to post‑sale deployment and ongoing adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to run discovery sessions, demos and proofs of value, shaping solutions that achieve the technical win.
• Design and implement customer‑specific deployments of Chainalysis products, handling integration, configuration and tuning.
• Own the end‑to‑end post‑sale experience, ensuring customers become self‑sufficient and derive measurable value.
• Map customer workflows to Chainalysis capabilities across investigations, compliance, security and data analysis.
• Provide direct technical, compliance and operational support, answering questions and resolving issues quickly.

Required profile

• Experience working with private‑sector customers such as banks, crypto exchanges, payment processors or blockchain developers.
• Practical knowledge of compliance, investigative, fraud or risk workflows, preferably from a practitioner perspective.
• Strong communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
• Collaborative mindset with a curiosity‑driven approach to solving difficult customer problems.
