Solutions Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a commercially sharp, consultative Solutions Consultant to drive technical validation and value realization for Synthesia across prospects and customers. The role sits at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success and Product, ensuring the platform is understood, proven, adopted and expanded based on clear business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery and qualification with senior stakeholders to uncover priorities, workflows and success metrics.
• Design and run pilots, workshops, demos and proof‑points with explicit success criteria.
• Own the technical win in deals, translate business needs into solution approaches and validation plans.
• Deliver first‑workflow experiences, create demo assets and launch plans that make value tangible.
• Guide customers from signed deal to live workflow, define early success measures and intervene on adoption risk.
• Identify expansion opportunities, partner with Customer Success for hand‑off and build repeatable solution patterns.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Product, Marketing and Support to improve messaging and drive outcomes.

Required profile

• 2+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, pre‑sales or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Strong consultative selling skills, able to uncover needs and craft high‑value solutions.
• Experience delivering discovery, demos and business conversations with both practitioners and senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in SaaS, AI or enterprise technology environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with sound judgment and a bias for action.
• Effective cross‑functional collaborator focused on outcomes.
