Solutions Consultant – Secure Communications

About the role

As a Solutions Consultant specialising in secure communications, you will act as the technical bridge between our customers and the product teams. You will help organisations in highly secure, mission‑critical environments understand, evaluate and adopt innovative communication and connectivity solutions, both in the UK and on international projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, product and engineering to design and present tailored solutions.
• Lead technical demonstrations, workshops and proof‑of‑concept sessions for customers.
• Provide consultative advice throughout the customer journey, from initial enquiry to deployment.
• Support the creation of solution documentation and respond to technical queries.
• Travel internationally as required to engage with customers and partners.

Required profile

• 2 + years of experience in a customer‑facing technical, pre‑sales or solutions role.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Enthusiasm for working with people as much as with technology.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work in a hybrid office environment.
