Solutions Consultant – UK

About the role

Rillet is looking for a Solutions Consultant to help prospective customers evaluate its AI‑native ERP platform. As an early member of the UK go‑to‑market team, you will shape the sales motion and act as a trusted advisor to finance leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Remove technical and accounting objections throughout the sales cycle.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and configure sandbox environments for each prospect.
• Become a product and domain expert to answer technical and accounting questions without relying on the product team.
• Work cross‑functionally to provide real‑time prospect feedback and accelerate opportunities.
• Represent Rillet as a trusted face, bringing high customer empathy and structured problem‑solving to every interaction.

Required profile

• Strong professional experience in accounting (revenue recognition, financial close, reconciliations, multi‑entity consolidation).
• Experience supporting customer evaluations, implementations, or solutions consulting for accounting/financial software.
• Understanding of modern finance technology stacks and familiarity with IFRS and/or UK GAAP.
• Excellent communicator able to simplify complex accounting and technical concepts.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced early‑stage environment.

Required skills
