Solutions Engineer, Mid-Market (Spanish speaker)

About the role

As a Solutions Engineer focused on Mid‑Market customers, you will partner with sales teams and partners to help Fortune 500 accounts discover how Atlassian’s suite of products can solve their business challenges. The role blends technical pre‑sales expertise with strong communication, and requires fluency in Spanish to engage regional prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with direct sales, partners and account teams to understand customer profiles, business problems, roadmaps and solution success.
• Conduct discovery sessions to map customer pain points to Atlassian products, platforms and solutions.
• Identify and pursue cross‑product and solution expansion opportunities.
• Deliver compelling, value‑based product demonstrations tailored to diverse stakeholder needs.
• Guide customers through technical aspects of the sales process and secure buy‑in for Atlassian solutions.
• Maintain strong partnerships with account executives, sharing pipeline updates and feedback.
• Capture product feedback and competitive intelligence, advocating for improvements with product management.
• Continuously deepen knowledge of Atlassian’s full product portfolio and pre‑sales methodologies.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a pre‑sales or solutions engineering role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for multi‑level audiences.
• Proven ability to build executive relationships and collaborate across internal teams.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a track record of solving complex business problems.
• Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written).

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.).
