Solutions Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Manager to join a fast‑growing industrial services business in the Greater Southampton area. You will be responsible for driving new business, expanding market presence across the UK and Europe, and ensuring complex, safety‑critical projects are delivered from concept to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through multiple engagement methods.
• Lead initiatives to grow the company’s market presence in the UK and Europe.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Use market and competitor insight to identify leads and strategic development opportunities.
• Present tailored technical or operational solutions persuasively to clients.
• Record all client and project activity accurately in the company CRM.
• Stay informed on market trends to refine the service offering.

Required profile

• Experience in a solutions or project‑management role within a technical, engineering or industrial environment.
• Strong commercial awareness, leadership capability and organisational skills.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects to high standards.
• Comprehensive understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain operational control throughout delivery.
