Sourcing Manager – Procurement Lead (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager to join our procurement team on a hybrid basis. You will lead high‑value sourcing projects across a complex, regulated organisation and deliver measurable commercial value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing activities from requirement definition through to contract award.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that generate cost savings and commercial benefits.
• Manage high‑value procurement projects within a regulated environment.
• Conduct supplier negotiations and maintain strong stakeholder engagement.
• Create innovative sourcing solutions that align with business needs.
• Drive continuous improvement of sourcing processes and best practices.

Required profile

• Degree qualified in Business, Economics or a related field.
• Proven experience in sourcing and procurement with a track record of delivering savings.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience managing complex sourcing projects.
• Good understanding of contract management and commercial principles.
