Sous Chef – Luxury Events

About the role

Maison Gastronomique is seeking a talented Sous Chef to support its luxury events division in London. The successful candidate will help deliver high‑quality cuisine for weddings, corporate gatherings and exclusive private functions held at prestigious venues across the city and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menus for events ranging from 10 to 500 guests.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene.
• Coordinate with senior chefs and event managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Adapt dishes to diverse client requirements and venue constraints.
• Assist with inventory control, stock ordering and kitchen organization.
• Travel to selected events across Europe as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent in a high‑end catering or events environment.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
• Willingness to travel internationally for event assignments.
