Sous Chef – Part‑time

About the role

We’re looking for a motivated Sous Chef to join our Liverpool kitchen. You’ll lead by example, ensuring hot, high‑quality food is consistently delivered to the pass.

Key responsibilities

• Second‑in‑command to the Head Chef, covering shifts when needed.
• Assist the Head Chef in managing all kitchen operations.
• Run the line during service and maintain food standards.
• Oversee, organise and develop the kitchen team.
• Uphold the highest standards of food preparation and service.

Required profile

• Previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.
• Passion for maintaining high food and service standards.
• Ability to lead, support and develop a kitchen team.
• Willingness to step up and cover the Head Chef when required.
