Spa Receptionist

About the role

The Spa Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests at Cameron House’s award‑winning spa. Reporting to the Spa Manager, you will welcome visitors, manage bookings and ensure a seamless, high‑quality experience for all spa members and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a warm, personalised welcome and handle guest feedback and requests.
• Follow opening and closing checklists to maintain standards.
• Sell treatments, spa experiences and retail items using product knowledge.
• Respond professionally to enquiries by phone, email and in person.
• Manage spa reservations, confirmations and the treatment diary.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of reception areas.
• Requisition stationery and supplies as needed.
• Handle cash, process payments, perform daily banking and cash‑up procedures.
• Test pool water, record results and report any issues.
• Conduct CCTV checks to monitor guest safety.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist spa assistants and the therapy team with general tasks.
