Spa Receptionist – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the Park Hyatt London River Thames team as a Spa Receptionist, providing a warm first impression and seamless service to guests visiting the hotel’s full‑service spa. You will be the primary point of contact, handling appointments, enquiries and administrative tasks in a luxurious, art‑filled environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome spa guests, ensuring a smooth registration process.
• Coordinate and manage spa appointments, aligning guest preferences with therapist availability.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked reception area.
• Provide information on spa services, promotions, and facilities, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist with food and beverage orders for guests within the spa.
• Process payments, handle phone calls, maintain client records, and manage correspondence.

Required profile

• Proven background in spa or hospitality services.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Understanding of spa treatments and a commitment to high‑quality service.
