Spa Therapist – Full‑time at Ironmonger Row Baths

About the role

GLL is seeking a qualified Spa Therapist to join the Spa Experience at Ironmonger Row Baths in Islington. You will deliver a full range of wellness, massage and beauty treatments while providing a welcoming and professional service to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a positive image of the spa by offering friendly, helpful, and professional service.
• Enforce spa rules, health and safety regulations, and ensure a clean, well‑presented environment.
• Assist patrons with facilities, encourage use of treatments, and book tours or appointments.
• Promote and market the spa, actively up‑selling services and meeting sales targets.
• Handle customer enquiries in person and by phone, recommending appropriate treatments.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 2 & 3 (or equivalent) qualification in spa therapy.
• Excellent customer service and organisational abilities.
• Ability to communicate confidently with colleagues and clients.
• Professional practice with a high standard of hygiene and safety.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic booking systems.
