Spa Therapist – Private Estate

About the role

Join a private estate in Windlesham, Surrey, as a Spa Therapist delivering premium treatments for the family and their guests. You will work in a dedicated in‑house spa, providing a discreet and personalised service in a high‑end environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a range of massages and body therapies, including Thai, Aromatherapy, Hot Stones and Balinese techniques.
• Deliver facials and, where required, manicure/pedicure with nail and gel polish application.
• Conduct thorough consultations to tailor each treatment and provide after‑care advice.
• Maintain treatment rooms and shared spa areas to immaculate, hygienic standards, including routine cleaning duties.
• Uphold health, safety and infection‑control protocols at all times.

Required profile

• Warm, calm, discreet and professionally presented.
• Minimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in massage/beauty therapy.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a luxury spa setting.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
