About the role

The Finance Analyst position supports a global organisation in the agriculture and research sector. Based in London, you will provide financial insights, manage budgets and forecasts, and ensure accurate reporting to drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial reports to support key business decisions.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities for various departments.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure financial targets are met.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis as required by management.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Knowledge of the energy and natural resources industry is advantageous.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non‑financial stakeholders.
• Fluency in Spanish.
