Specialist Cruise Consultant

About the role

Join one of the UK’s leading online cruise agencies as a Specialist Cruise Consultant. You will work remotely, managing inbound calls and web enquiries while helping customers plan unforgettable cruise holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Handle telephone and online enquiries from prospective travellers.
• Sell cruise holidays across all cruise lines, including luxury and river cruises.
• Tailor cruise and stay packages to meet customer preferences.
• Upsell ancillary products and achieve sales targets.
• Provide expert advice and exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.

Required profile

• Recent experience in cruise sales or strong tailormade tour operations background.
• Personal cruise experience is a strong advantage.
• Confident, engaging telephone manner with a genuine interest in the cruise sector.
• Proven track record of generating sales and profit.
• Tenacious, proactive approach with the ability to close sales.

Required skills

• Effective communication over phone and written channels.
• Ability to use provided CRM and booking systems.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
