Specialist Mentor ASC – Student Support (Part‑time)

About the role

Randstad Student Support is looking for a Specialist Mentor ASC to join the team at Bucks New University. The role focuses on providing personalised academic support to students with autism and specific learning difficulties, helping them achieve their educational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑to‑one academic mentoring for students with autism and SPLDs.
• Develop and implement individualized learning plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff and university services.
• Utilise educational technology tools to track progress and deliver resources.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and outcomes.

Required profile

• Passionate about student well‑being and inclusive education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to complete National Autistic Society (NAS) training modules (support provided).

Required skills

• Proficiency with educational technology platforms.
