Specialist Occupational Therapist (Maternity Cover)

About the role

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Specialist Occupational Therapist on a maternity cover basis to work across Dibden Park School and Bower Lodge School in Hampshire. You will join a friendly multidisciplinary team delivering specialist OT assessment and intervention within an education setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialist OT assessments and interventions that promote independence for pupils.
• Work 2.5 days per week at each school site, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
• Collaborate with education staff and the wider clinical team to support pupil outcomes.
• Participate in research projects, special interest groups, and OT network training sessions.
• Maintain flexibility and creativity in delivering OT services.

Required profile

• Qualified Occupational Therapist eligible for maternity cover.
• Willingness to work across two school sites in Hampshire.
• Commitment to a fixed‑term contract until July 2027.
