Specialist Occupational Therapist – Remote (Band 6)

About the role

This permanent, remote position is for a Specialist Occupational Therapist (Band 6) who will shape and evaluate tech‑enabled care products for individuals with learning disabilities and neurodiverse conditions. The role involves occasional travel (2‑3 times per month) and occasional overnight stays.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical insight for the design, development and market research of new and existing tech‑enabled care solutions.
• Create and execute evaluation plans, collect user feedback, case studies and success stories to inform product improvement.
• Support prescribers during field trials and assist the business development team with health‑care landscape analysis.
• Participate in customer‑facing activities such as product demonstrations, prescriber training and events.
• Liaise with social and health agencies, producing reports on service relevance and acceptance.

Required profile

• Experience working with learning difficulties, neurodiversity and social care.
• Ability to travel nationally and stay overnight when required.
• No sponsorship required.
