Specialist, Product Development

About the role

Mastercard Foundry is seeking a Specialist in Product Development to drive new‑to‑market product initiatives across core payments. You will translate market opportunities into concrete concepts, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and move pilots toward in‑market delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess market opportunities by gathering customer, market and competitive insights.
• Develop narratives, value propositions and business cases through analysis and synthesis of inputs.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, providing clear updates, meeting notes and organized documentation.
• Define and document product requirements in partnership with Product and Engineering, ensuring traceability of stakeholder inputs.
• Coordinate cross‑functional actions and track progress toward pilots, prototypes and in‑market testing.
• Support near‑term initiatives that generate revenue and customer impact while assisting with longer‑term product research and prototyping.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable product concepts.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for stakeholder alignment.
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams within a fast‑paced, innovation‑focused environment.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive them to completion.
