Specialist Property Finance Broker

About the role

The Specialist Property Finance Broker will be the main point of contact for inbound property finance enquiries, guiding each request from the first contact through to a funded loan. The position blends a steady stream of warm leads generated by the business with the freedom to develop opportunities from the broker’s own network, providing a balanced pipeline and strong earnings potential.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with specialist property finance enquiries and manage the full loan lifecycle.
• Convert inbound leads into funded deals while also cultivating opportunities from personal contacts.
• Maintain relationships with a wide network of banks, specialist lenders and private funds.
• Utilise the company’s technology platform for lead generation, application processing, deal analysis and case tracking.
• Provide accurate funding quotes and ensure timely communication with clients and lenders.

Required profile

• Existing understanding of specialist property finance lending (bridging, development finance, buy‑to‑let, commercial mortgages).
• Ambitious and motivated to build a long‑term career in property finance brokerage.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Willingness to learn from senior leaders and follow a defined development pathway.
