About the role
We are seeking a dedicated SRP Teacher to join our inclusive primary school in Gravesend from September 2026. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, personalised learning for pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) within a supportive specialist resource provision.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of SEND pupils.
- Collaborate closely with support staff, families and external professionals to monitor progress.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to each pupil’s EHCP review.
- Uphold safeguarding policies and promote a safe learning environment.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
- Proven experience teaching pupils with SEND.
- Ability to adapt curriculum and resources for diverse learners.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with pupils, parents and colleagues.
- Commitment to inclusive practice and achieving the best outcomes for all children.
