Specification Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Specification Manager to lead specification‑led sales within the construction industry across Essex, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Norfolk. The role involves building relationships with architects, engineers, contractors and distributors to drive regional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage specification‑led sales activities across the assigned region.
• Engage with architects, engineers, contractors, groundworkers and distributors.
• Use CRM system to track sales opportunities and project progress.
• Collaborate closely with the Southern Sales Manager and the Southern Sales Team.
• Spend approximately four days a week on the road and one day on administration.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of specification‑led sales experience in construction.
• Experience with structural waterproofing or concrete repair is desirable.
• Proven track record dealing with large contractors.
• Self‑motivated, organised and holder of a full UK driving licence.
• Preferably holds the CSSW qualification.
