Speech and Language Therapist

About the role

Outcomes First Group is seeking a qualified Speech and Language Therapist to join its multidisciplinary team working across Heath Farm College and Medway Green School in Kent. The role involves delivering specialist SaLT assessment and intervention within an education setting, supporting pupils to develop independence. Key responsibilities

• Provide specialist speech and language assessment and intervention for pupils across two school sites.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team and with education staff.
• Participate in research projects, special interest groups and wider SaLT networks.
• Contribute to the development of individualized therapy plans that foster pupil independence.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to professional standards.

Required profile

• Qualified Speech and Language Therapist, registered with the appropriate professional body.
• Experience working in an education or clinical setting is desirable.
• Ability to work creatively and flexibly across two sites.
• Commitment to continued professional development and research involvement.

Required skills

What we offer

• Salary up to £53,200 per year, DOE.
• £3,000 welcome bonus (two payments).
• Permanent contract with flexible full‑time or term‑time options.
• 37.5 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 8:30‑16:30.
