Speech and Language Therapist – SEND Schools

About the role

Join a growing agency dedicated to supporting SEND schools across the South East and East of England. As a Speech and Language Therapist you will work directly with children and young people, helping them develop communication skills that enhance both academic achievement and social confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan and deliver speech and language therapy interventions for pupils with diverse communication needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, families and multidisciplinary teams to create individualized therapy programmes.
• Monitor progress, produce reports and adjust targets as required.
• Provide advice and training to school staff to foster communication‑friendly environments.

Required profile

• Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
• HCPC registration.
• Experience working with children and young people, preferably in SEND settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to schools across the South East and East regions.
