Speech and Language Therapist – Term Time Only

About the role

An outstanding specialist school in Hillingdon is seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join its on‑site therapy team on a term‑time only basis. You will work with children and young people aged 2‑19 who have complex physical, health, learning and communication needs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality speech and language therapy through individual, group and classroom‑based interventions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and produce professional reports and documentation.
• Contribute to staff training and share best practice across the multidisciplinary team.

Required profile

• Qualified Speech and Language Therapist with HCPC registration.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development.
• Post‑registration training in Makaton and AAC.
• Experience with dysphagia assessment.
• Proven experience working with children and young people with complex needs.
