Speech & Language Therapist – Flexible Ad‑hoc Assignments

About the role

Reed is seeking qualified Speech and Language Therapists to provide high‑quality therapeutic assessments and interventions for children and young people with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP). The role is flexible and ad‑hoc, allowing therapists to fit assignments around existing commitments throughout the academic year.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver SALT provision on an ad‑hoc basis, with packages ranging from 5 to 50 hours.
• Work independently while receiving support from the Reed team.
• Visit children and young people in schools, colleges or home settings.

Required profile

• HCPC‑registered Speech and Language Therapist based in the United Kingdom.
• Experience contributing to EHCP assessments or delivering established SALT provision.
• Strong clinical reasoning and ability to produce clear, structured reports.
• Availability on weekdays and the right to work in the UK.
