Speech & Language Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Speech & Language Therapist to join our team in Twickenham, supporting learners in a special educational setting. You will work closely with students, staff and families to ensure effective communication and learning outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct holistic assessments and deliver person‑centred interventions.
• Support students with communication, social and behavioural needs.
• Collaborate with teaching teams to embed communication strategies across settings.
• Provide training and coaching to staff.
• Work closely with families, carers and external professionals.

Required profile

• Recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy.
• Experience in special educational settings.
• Background working with young people and adults with complex needs, including autism and profound learning difficulties.
