Sports Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Brighton College is seeking a highly organised and dynamic Sports Logistics Coordinator to support its busy Sports Department. The role involves coordinating fixtures, events and game sessions to ensure smooth operation of all sporting activities while contributing to a high‑achieving sports programme.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day logistics support for the Sports Department, including facilities, catering and transport.
• Collaborate with multiple Heads of Sport to plan and organise programmes across the college.
• Communicate fixture and event information to parents, pupils and the wider college team.
• Liaise with external coaches, ensuring compliance and informing them of any changes.
• Set up and maintain spreadsheets, registers and data systems for monitoring sports sessions.
• Support injury‑management protocols in line with the College Welfare Policy.
• Assist the Director of Sport with budget forecasting and data analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics or administration.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage workload in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, personable manner and ability to build strong relationships across the college.
• Proactive, flexible and detail‑oriented with a genuine interest in sport.
