About the role
We are looking for a caring and motivated Registered Nurse to join our Community Nursing Team at Greenock Health Centre. The role involves delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care to patients in their homes and community settings across Inverclyde.
Key responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care programmes for community patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary and multi‑agency teams to ensure seamless care from admission to discharge.
- Manage a diverse caseload, making clinical decisions and solving problems promptly.
- Promote health and wellbeing through education, support and preventative interventions.
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional and organisational standards.
- Support and mentor students, newly qualified staff and support workers.
- Participate in audit, quality‑improvement and clinical‑governance activities.
Required profile
- Current, live NMC (UK) PIN and registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering person‑centred community care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
