Staff Nurse – Community Treatment and Care (South/East)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable registered nurse to join the Community Treatment and Care (CTAC) team serving the South/East area of the Borders. The role involves delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care while working autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide effective, person‑centred nursing care to patients across the South/East region.
• Travel to multiple community sites using your own vehicle and maintain accurate records using IT systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with the right to work in the UK.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel between sites.
• Willingness to undergo training; prior experience is advantageous but not essential.
