Staff Nurse – Endoscopy (Full‑time/Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for motivated Staff Nurses to join our accredited Endoscopy Diagnostic Centre. The role can be full‑time or part‑time and involves delivering high‑quality, compassionate care within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of upper and lower gastrointestinal endoscopy, ERCP, bronchoscopy and trans‑nasal endoscopy.
• Perform patient pre‑assessment and provide information and support throughout the care journey.
• Work Monday‑Friday with a rotational half‑day shift on weekends and bank holidays for emergency lists.
• Maintain core competencies in line with JAG accreditation standards.
• Participate in weekly team training and ongoing education sessions.

Required profile

• Motivated nurse with strong communication skills and a patient‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn and develop expertise in endoscopy services.
• Previous endoscopy experience is welcome but not essential.
• NHS experience in theatres, radiology or procedural environments is valued.
• Ability to work rotational shifts and attend training sessions.
