Staff Nurse – Ward (Full‑time)

About the role

Ramsay Health Care is looking for a full‑time Staff Nurse to join the Ward team at Mount Stuart Hospital in Ivybridge. You will work in a supportive environment that prioritises patient safety and quality clinical outcomes, while having the opportunity to develop your skills through the Ramsay Academy.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality clinical outcomes for patients on the surgical ward.
• Provide patient‑centred care in line with Ramsay’s ‘Speaking Up for Safety’ programme.

Required profile

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Previous experience working within a surgical ward.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
• Flexible and positive attitude.
• A warm, considerate and empathetic character.
