Staff Product Designer – Enterprise (L6)

About the role

Synthesia is looking for a Staff (L6) Product Designer to own the Enterprise surface end‑to‑end, shaping governance, compliance, analytics and integrations that enable large Fortune‑100 deployments to scale and renew.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Enterprise surface end‑to‑end, from problem framing to shipped outcomes and iteration.
• Design complex governance and compliance systems, including permission models, audit logs and workspace setup that integrate with SSO, SCIM and other enterprise infrastructure.
• Define analytics and reporting experiences that give admins clear insight into deployment health.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, developing fluency in APIs, widget architectures and backend constraints to shape feasible UX solutions.
• Drive pragmatic iteration by scoping ruthlessly, building proofs‑of‑concept and iterating based on enterprise customer feedback.

Required profile

• Significant experience designing large‑scale product surfaces such as admin dashboards, governance layers or analytics platforms.
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, widget architecture and developer hub patterns.
• Systems thinking about identity, compliance and scale constraints in enterprise environments.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast‑moving problem spaces and turning them into clear direction.
• Excellent communication skills for design reviews and cross‑functional decision making.
