Staff Product Manager: Agentic Discovery

About the role

Constructor is looking for a systems‑minded, AI‑native Staff Product Manager to lead the next chapter of Agentic Discovery. You will own business tooling and dashboards that give teams transparency into AI‑powered shopping experiences, and later set the vision for the entire Agentic Discovery chapter.

Key responsibilities

• Own and ship dashboards and tooling that provide business teams with visibility and control over agentic experiences.
• Scale experimentation by turning one‑off AI experiments into repeatable, launch‑ready processes.
• Define multi‑quarter strategy for Agentic Discovery and rally cross‑functional teams around it.
• Partner with ML, engineering, design, and go‑to‑market to turn AI capabilities into shipped, reliable products.
• Establish and instrument metrics (usage, conversion, revenue, latency, cost) to measure success and trustworthiness.

Required profile

• 8+ years of product management experience in AI/ML, search, or discovery, with senior or staff‑level responsibility.
• Proven track record of moving business metrics at scale (conversion, revenue, engagement).
• Experience building tools, dashboards, and controls for business users such as merchandisers or category managers.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML/LLM product trade‑offs (quality, latency, cost, reliability).
• Comfort with high ambiguity, zero‑to‑one experimentation, and scaling repeatable processes.
