Staff Product Manager – Spend & Expense Platform

About the role

At Perk we empower cross‑functional teams to eliminate manual work in travel, spend and events. As a Staff Product Manager you will own the vision and strategy for the Spend ecosystem, merging travel and expense flows into a seamless end‑to‑end experience for millions of employees and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the Spend platform.
• Lead high‑velocity execution across multiple product squads, making bold, data‑informed bets.
• Translate customer insights and AI opportunities into intuitive user experiences.
• Prototype rapidly with AI‑enabled tools such as Claude and Cursor to accelerate development.
• Stay current with AI research and industry trends, applying relevant findings to product decisions.
• Foster a servant‑leadership culture, removing obstacles and encouraging collaboration.

Required profile

• Strong customer empathy and design‑thinking mindset across the full expense lifecycle.
• Fluency in data analysis and data‑driven product decision making.
• Proven ability to lead and influence small engineering and design teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for AI demonstrated through hands‑on prototyping or side projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern prototyping tools such as Cursor, Bolt and Claude.
• Experience using design and collaboration platforms like Figma and Git.
