Star Expert – Customer Service Role

About the role

Join the Mercedes‑Benz of Bristol team as a Star Expert, the first point of contact for visitors to the showroom. You will spark interest in the brand, guide customers through the ownership experience and help them discover the unique benefits of Mercedes‑Benz vehicles and accessories.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, building rapport and excitement about the Mercedes‑Benz brand.
• Promote vehicle features, accessories and ownership benefits.
• Provide accurate information and answer queries to support purchase decisions.
• Maintain high service standards, including weekend availability.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Required profile

• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer care.
• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated and eager to expand product knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.
