Statutory Reporting Senior Manager – CFO Division

About the role

The Statutory Reporting Senior Manager will join Santander's CFO Division in Milton Keynes, leading the preparation and delivery of key statutory reports for the UK and US entities. You will work closely with risk, investor relations, external auditors and legal advisors to ensure accurate, compliant financial disclosures.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the production of UK Annual Reports and Half‑Yearly Financial Reports, including risk review and compliance with IFRS 7, IFRS 9 and IAS 1.
• Lead the production of US Annual Reports on Form 20‑F and Half‑Yearly Reports on Form 6‑K.
• Oversee the quarterly earnings release (QMS) for Santander UK Group Holdings plc, Santander UK plc and Santander Financial Services plc.
• Coordinate contributions from internal departments, external auditors and legal advisors.
• Ensure all data meets applicable disclosure requirements and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading statutory financial reporting for large banking organisations.
• Strong knowledge of UK and US reporting standards, including IFRS 7, IFRS 9, IAS 1, Form 20‑F and Form 6‑K.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams such as Risk, Investor Relations, Audit and Legal.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk management.
