Stock Administrator – Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Stock Administrator to join our night‑shift team at our Tamworth warehouse. You will be responsible for investigating stock discrepancies, maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting the smooth operation of a busy logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies to meet customer and site SLAs.
• Perform stock adjustments, PI counts and stock consolidation activities.
• Analyse problem pallets and non‑moving stock, and produce related reports.
• Conduct regular warehouse floor checks and liaise with operational teams to address issues.

Required profile

• Previous experience in administration, stock control or warehouse environments.
• Strong numeracy, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems – Red Prairie or DLX (training provided).
