Stock and Engineering Assistant

About the role

MSite is seeking a Stock and Engineering Assistant to join its Finance and Operations team in Liverpool. This full‑time permanent position involves managing stock accuracy, supporting warehouse activities, and assisting the Engineering team on site visits across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock locations, organise storage areas and assess damage on returned goods.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders efficiently.
• Receive, store and move stock throughout the facility, performing regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to meet deadlines and service level agreements.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to the Engineering team, including preparing tools, materials and equipment for jobs.
• Travel to customer sites across the UK to assist with installations, maintenance, emergency stock delivery and inspections.
