Stock Assistant – Retail Store

About the role

Join Aldi’s dynamic store team as a Stock Assistant, where every shift brings new challenges and opportunities. You will play a key part in keeping the shop floor well‑stocked, tidy, and welcoming for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and check deliveries, ensuring product quality meets Aldi standards.
• Stock shelves quickly and arrange merchandise to maximise visual appeal.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Provide friendly, efficient assistance to customers on the shop floor.

Required profile

• Approachable and enthusiastic about helping customers and teammates.
• Able to work at a fast pace and adapt to changing priorities.
• Reliable, flexible and willing to work varied shift patterns.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

Required skills

• Basic numeracy for checking deliveries.
