Stock & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Stock & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing pharmaceutical wholesaling business. The role blends stock administration, order processing, logistics coordination and operational support, working closely with sales, purchasing and warehouse teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately using internal systems and Excel, create and manage purchase and sales orders, and maintain up‑to‑date customer, stock and order records.
• Monitor stock levels, investigate discrepancies, support inventory reporting and ensure all stock movements are recorded.
• Arrange and coordinate deliveries, liaise with couriers and suppliers, track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
• Assist the warehouse team with goods‑in, goods‑out and dispatch activities, including checking incoming deliveries and preparing outgoing orders.
• Provide timely updates to customers and suppliers, handle enquiries professionally and build strong internal relationships.

Required profile

• Previous experience in logistics, stock control, warehouse administration, order processing or a similar coordination role.
• Strong IT competence, particularly with Excel and internal logistics systems.
• Excellent organisational ability and keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interaction.
