Stockroom Associate – Covent Garden (Part‑Time)

About the role

As part of the Retail team, you’ll join the Covent Garden store as a Stock Assistant on a permanent, part‑time basis. Stock availability is essential to delivering the customer promise, enabling customers to access a range of options and sizes from any UK store and receive delivery within days.

Key responsibilities

• Process stock deliveries, ensuring all items are pre‑retailed to the highest standard.
• Prioritise placement of new lines and replenishment on the shop floor after delivery.
• Manage timely replenishment throughout the day to maintain size availability.
• Process stock recalls back to the warehouse in line with returns standards and policy.
• Handle Fulfil From Store picks, preparing them for collection and achieving the company find‑rate target of 90%.
• Complete daily inventory scans and maintain stock file accuracy through regular adjustments.
• Conduct Collect In Store parcel audits and support parcel collections and returns.
• Support faulty stock management and returns.
• Maintain stockroom standards, organisation and cleanliness to support replenishment and limit damage.

Required profile

• Previous stockroom or stock handling experience.
• A passion for premium or luxury products.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing environment.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and decision‑making abilities.
